Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) is seeking Stakeholder Comments on Draft for ALMM for Wafers. The draft indicated the implementation from 2028, however exceptions for the tenders won before the implementation will remain restricted to comply with ALMM List-I & List-II. Any project having exemption from ALMM List-II will automatically do not need to comply for ALMM List-III.
